Shuichi Konces has been in sales management in both fields for the past 30 years. He brings a fresh take on not only creating a great Salesforce but also giving you high closing percentages, great retention numbers and happy sales teams and members. 

 

Marilyn Dyer has been in the Marketing , sales and operation of both industries. She has helped set up Resorts from scratch by helping create resort design, all collateral materials, staffing resort operations, admin and marketing.
